The ABPT Alliance program provides global opportunities for vendors, systems integrators, and technology and service providers. The Basic Alliance is offered to companies that provide services or products complementary to ABPT’s. Join this program and expand your market by making your services available on a regional or global scale, increasing your revenues with no significant added overhead. ABPT adds your products or services to our offerings, or we act as your agent, referring partners needing your services and products directly to you. This alliance creates new markets for your products and services and increases your brand awareness through ABPT’s extensive channels.

Join this program and become part of our large network of partners. Expand your market by providing services that complement those already offered by your firm or organization. In this alliance, you add ABPT’s products or services to your current offerings, or you can act as our agent, referring customers needing services and products directly to us.

A combination of the Basic and Enhanced models, in the Reciprocal Alliance we represent each others’ services and products. Join this program and let us bring you business as we refer partners needing your services directly to you. Alternately, expand your market by offering our services in conjunction with yours. Now you can better meet all of your customers’ growing needs.

ABPT Advanced Alliance Partners
This partnership combines the best of the other Alliance programs. You have access to the services provided by our large network of partners and may offer your own. In addition, we work with you, joining our sales and marketing efforts to develop and sell new products and services that complement those already offered.

Alliance Creation and Maintenance
The Alliance process consists of three stages:

1 - Alliance Initiation and Assessment: This stage involves studying the feasibility of the alliance, including the objectives and rationale. The focus is on major issues and challenges. Assessment involves analyzing a potential partner’s strengths and weaknesses, evaluating gaps in resource capabilities, understanding a partner’s motives for joining the alliance, and defining strategic goals. This stage requires aligning alliance objectives with the overall respective corporate strategy and ensuring a clear understanding of the implications of partnership.

2 - Negotiation: This stage involves determining whether all parties have realistic objectives, defining each partner’s contributions and rewards, and ensuring that proprietary information is protected. Termination clauses, penalties for unsatisfactory performance, and outlining the circumstances under which and the degree to which arbitration procedures will be employed.

3 - Alliance Maintenance: This stage involves addressing the commitment of a partner’s leadership, allocating the necessary resources devoted to the alliance, measuring and rewarding alliance performance, and assessing the performance and results of the alliance.
